We each have a favorite apple variety – sometimes more than one. Red, yellow or green. Sweet, tart or somewhere in between. Arctic Apples are the same apple varieties you love, without the pesky browning you don’t.

Arctic Golden

Pale yellow in color, mellow and sweet to taste, Golden Delicious have been a longtime consumer favorite because of their versatility. However, Goldens also brown badly and bruise easily due to their high polyphenol oxidase content. Arctic Goldens offer the added nonbrowning benefit, to give a clear advantage to your snacking, salads, pies and other baking, and your sauce.

Arctic Granny

Bright green on the outside, tart flesh on the inside, this is not your usual sweet old grandma. However, browning and bruises are particularly visible on Granny Smith apples’ pretty white flesh. Arctic Grannies will make this all-purpose favorite even more attractive to snack, bake and cook with.
