Lunch with a Crunch – Arctic® Apple Wraps

Looking for a fresh idea to spruce up your lunch? Add some crunch to your lunch with two variations on a simple, healthful wrap suitable for packed lunches for any age!

Arctic® Apple Peanut Butter Wrap

1 whole-grain tortilla, soft-taco size

2 tablespoons peanut butter (can substitute 1 tbsp. almond butter mixed with 1tbsp. Greek yogurt)

4 slices Arctic® Golden apples

2 4-inch celery sticks

1 teaspoon raisins

 

Arctic® Apple Deli Wrap

1 whole-grain tortilla, soft-taco size

2 tablespoons whipped cream cheese or pub cheese

4 slices Arctic® Granny apples

1 slice deli ham

1 spear kosher dill pickle

 

Line tortilla with spread of choice (this will serve as the “glue” that holds the wrap together). Layer remaining ingredients down center of tortilla, leaving 2-inch space at bottom for folding. Fold up bottom of tortilla, fold over one side, and roll to create wrap. If packing to go, place parchment, waxed paper, or foil around entire wrap. Otherwise, wrap only at bottom for easy handling.
