National Apple Month & #Apples4Ed

October is National Apple Month, and this year it’s extra special because it coincides with a great initiative called “Apples4Ed”. The program’s full name, “Apples for Education: Buy an Apple, Help a Student” summarizes what it’s all about. And, it’s easy to be a part of!

As explained on the Apples4Ed website, all you need to do is share a picture of yourself enjoying apples with the #Apples4Ed hashtag and tag your post with a student cause of your choice. Then, USApple and their “Apple Buddies” will pledge financial support to that cause!Apples4Ed

Not only are the student causes well worth supporting, but the Apples4Ed program is a great excuse to eat even more apples – not that you should need one with freshly picked apples arriving in stores!
